I've ordered a gift from your company 3 weeks ago,I expected it to come in 10 days,but it came more later than I thought.Also,in your etiquete with the describtion of the gift you wrote that there will be a mesage that will be chosen by me,but the message was completly wrong.Also it came cracked.
I am not pleased with the produse and I would like to get my money back.
