1.1.In my opinion,physical activity is very important for people because it help them to stay fit and be healthy.Activities like walking,running,cycling or swimming contribute to strength immune,keep away illness and mentain your weigh.This is not all!! According to some statistic,if you have a regular physical activity your mind is more relaxed and you become less anxious and stresless.Yes,I would want including it in my life because I want to be more healthy,fit and happy.I thinking of beginning a new hobby and creating a new healthy routine for my life. I really like to play basketball and this is a good way to relax and mentain in shape.
