Triathlon

My favourite sport is Triatlon.It is beacuse is cool and so entertraiming.The equipment is a costume dedicated to the three sports. Swimming,Running,Cycling. If you want to practice the sport you need to have Time beacuse you Will do everyday exept Sunday.

Swimming isn't hard when you think,but when are you practicing is so hard beacuse you have for Heating 1000 meters and for the real training you have 5000-7000 meters.Running is hardly to run 8000 meters Monday,Wednesday and sometimes friday.And for cycling you have to do for the heating 5000 meters and for the real training 20.000 meters! I love this sport.
